Service is great and food is always stunning. I personally don't mind the variety from one chef to another, but I know some people might - it is there! But with that being said, the flavors are very consistent. The texture of the rice is the only inconsistency that I've noticed, but still very yummy :)

I would deff call, because what if you showed up and they were already packed?
Yes they do take reservations and can accommodate large groups of people with proper notice.
That's sounds about right. It's well worth it. Large portion so be prepared to have a midnight snack or lunch for the next day
